Hai Soe

Hai Soe has lived in Owensboro for three years. He arrived here in 2013 and was a student of Rex Robinson. former art teacher at Owensboro High School. He graduated in 2015 after winning the KEE Award for Art. Before then, he resided in Austin, TX. He is a caring person from Burma. Twenty-two years old, he is currently a student at Owensboro Community Technical College. He loves to paint Landscapes, Portraits, and Still Life. His preferred medium is Watercolor, but the artist continues to explore all expressions especially Oil and Acrylic. Hai has been instrumental in helping to bring the Visual Art Center to fruition under the direction of Rex Robinson and continues to work as his apprentice.
